What professions can TA be applied to?
TA theory can be applied to almost any field a person works in. It is helpful for:
· understanding our own interactions in any profession
· working as a consultant, or trainer to organisations
· working as an educator whether in informal or formal learning environments
· working as a psychologist, counsellor or psychotherapist
· understanding the interactions in workplaces whether you are the owner, manager, employee or
consultant
