How did the 2018 TA training help and support you personally?

TA has allowed me to identify some of the behaviours that do not contribute to my own well-being. I can catch myself when I’m not in Adult and I can make a conscious decision to shift. The training has helped process more clearly some of the elements that I struggled with in the past.

How did the training support you to gain the skills, knowledge and application professionally?

The theory has allowed me to pay attention at how other people communicate. Because of the theory I can now make agreements with people that are realistic and achievable. All the parties know what we are agreeing to do. It has helped me provide a lot of clarity.

What have you found helpful/useful/constructive about Anne’s training and supervision style?

Anne is super clear and concise. Her training is very well laid out and it flows very smoothly, she knows her stuff very well! For me to learn, I need something that is very structured with the possibility of having discussions about the bits of theory that I am unsure of and Anne is always willing to take the time and ensure we are all understanding. She is very knowledgeable and her demeanour promotes learning.

My experience in Anne’s training has been a fantastic one! The content and delivery have been so well put together that it makes learning very easy. Her supervision style is also quite valuable as she will be very practical about it – the way TA is meant to be – practical and useful!

How did the 2018 TA training help and support you personally?

I have gained insights into my own functioning and more importantly some practical methods for modifying these to enable me to interact more effectively. 

How did the training support you to gain the skills, knowledge and application professionally?

I am gaining ongoing clarity about alternative applications of TA in my varied professional contexts. Anne's breadth of knowledge and understanding of the application of TA enables me to apply the theory in practical ways very relevant to my contexts.

What did you find helpful/useful/constructive about Anne’s training and supervision style? 

Anne's great knowledge and excellent facilitation skills have enabled us to learn not only from her and the activities we engage in but of course also from each other. Hence we feel valued and integral to each other's learning which increases our engagement and ultimately, our own learning. 

A great course structured and catering for beginners and explorers as well as for those who are focused on qualifications or specific known goals.
I particularly value her transparency of expectations which allows the ability to accommodate and value all levels of (un)certainty in the learners.

I fully endorse Anne as a trainer and supervisor.
