Who am I: My name is Anne Tucker. I was introduced to TA in 1995 and have seen the value of the theories and underlying philosophy. I have experienced how using the theories of Transactional Analysis gives me an understanding of my behaviours, thought patterns and attitudes so I can make changes the will enhance my life and the people I interact with.
I would be delighted to introduce you to this very practical approach to improving communication and relationships.
